The JocTrac Basketball software system is
designed to track basketball statistics. Our patented statistical gathering
process allows a single user to quickly and easily track all basketball
statistics and make them available at any point during the game. These
statistics include general basketball stats such as field goal percentage,
steals, fouls, etc; they also include more advanced statistics like playing
time, ball possession time, and shot charts. In addition, we capture new,
unique statistics never before available in realtime, these include passing
stats ( who did each player pass to and how many times), event stats ( what did
each player do with the ball when they touched it), and scoring change stats
(how did the score of the game change while each player was in the game).
Printable summaries, which include all the information listed above, are
available for every player and team, can be broken down by game or period, and
are permenantly saved with each game.
JocTrac also includes a web-hosting service which
will make the statistics available on your website. You will have access
to the following pages & features: a schedule, roster with
images, season stats, team highs, box scores, and live game
casting for all games. It also includes player profile pages for each
player detailing their stats for each game, season highs, season averages,
career avergaes, and general information including a photo. Each game has
an associated GameCast which is a graphical web based application capable of
displaying all game statistics in a single, user-friendly application;
statistics include shot charts, passing & action charts, box score, season
averages for teams and players, and a play-by-play account of the game. Player
and team summaries which include box scores, action charts, passing charts,
possession charts, scoring flow, and shot charts can be viewed or printed from
any web browser. These statistical pages will be seamlessly integrated into
your current website.
